Treatment Techniques
Acupressure is often referred to as “acupuncture without needles.”  Our bodies are comprised of many acupressure points along the "meridians" of our body.  Working these points can alleviate the pain and discomfort of headaches, migraines, toothaches and carpal tunnel syndrome, just to name a few.

Shiatsu is a deep tissue form of the Japanese healing arts. This technique is especially useful in relieving the pain of sciatica.  A common problem with lower back pain and numbness of the legs.

Reflexology is a great way to say to your feet "I'm sorry for all the pain I put you through!"  Nothing brings a person back like a great foot treatment (along with a full table massage).

Tui-Na (twee-nah) is variety of techniques that incorporate grasping/kneading, rub/rolling of the skin and muscles in a manner that stimulates the body into a deep state of relaxation.

Sports Massage for the athletically inclined who want to reduce muscle cramping before or after a workout.

Trigger Point Therapy helps release pain and tension by working points that may be opposite of the site of pain or tension.

Myofacial Release is a great way to bring the bodies natural fluids to the surface and also helps warm the muscles.  This will help reduce pain which is sometimes associated with other forms of deep tissue massage.

I incorporate many techniques in my practice so that my clients receive the full benefits of my knowledge and expertise.
